Sukh Tantra
Sukh is a Sanskrit word for a state of ease, comfort, pleasure and contentment — the felt sense of being at home in your own body. Tantra, in its truest form, is not a technique, a way of meeting yourself fully: body, energy and awareness held together rather than kept apart.
For centuries, the Tantric and Yogic traditions have understood the human being as far more than a physical body. We are layered. The koshas — five subtle layers, moving inward from the physical body to the place of deepest all-aware presence: the physical body, the energy body, the mental and emotional body, the wisdom body, and the body of bliss.
The layers of you
When those layers are gently brought back into relationship with one another, something quiet but profound happens — we soften, we open, we return to ourselves.
Our symbol distils this understanding into three flowing petals — three layers a woman canallow heself to actually feel in this work.
Together they rise into a flame — one that quietly awakens inner peace, strength, one that heals.
This is Tantra's real invitation: not to become someone new, but to remember what already lives within you.
Why I chose Tantra work
From a young age, I carried insecurities about my body that I couldn't speak about with anyone. So I carried them quietly — judging myself, limiting myself, and believing there were parts of me I somehow needed to ignore or dislike, wishing them to be different.
It was only much later in life, through my own journey with Tantra, that I began to understand how exhausting it is to live within limitations we draw around ourselves, how much we carry in silence, and how rarely we're offered a space to set it down.
Freedom wasn't about chasing a better version of my body. It was about ending the quiet war with the body I inhibit.
When I stopped fighting and simply met whole of myself with acceptance, something softened in me that I hadn't known was clenched. Changing relationship with myself, changed my relations with the world around.
The women who come to me often carry some version of this too — even if they've never said it aloud.
Coming home to yourself, without shame, isn't something anyone can hand you. But it can be made possible: with the right presence, the right pace, and someone who understands the ground you're crossing.
That's the work I chose.

About discretion & trust
This is deeply personal work, so privacy matters — yours first, and ours.
Discretion here is simply respect: your right to keep something personal exactly that. The same care we extend to you, offered in return. Discretion here does mean asking you to trust a stranger, though.
Tantra begins with trust — in yourself, in the process, and in each other. It starts the moment you trust your own decision to begin, and grows as we come to know one another.
I am not asking to trust without even my photo here. But in an age of airbrushed profiles and decade-old headshots, a photo rarely tells you whether the real person still matches it. I believe it's far better to meet the actual person in real time — ask anything, and feel for yourself whether this work is right for you.
That's what the Discovery Call is for. If you're new here or to this work, you're warmly invited to a no-obligation, discreet conversation — by phone, Zoom, WhatsApp video, or in person. Whatever you are comfortable with.
No pressure. No obligation. Just a warm, easy conversation with a real person doing professional work.
Book the discreet Discovery Call below and we'll e-meet — or use the form at the foot of the page to arrange a face-to-face chat.
Either way, you're about to meet Josh.
Meet Josh
Born and raised in the land where Yoga and Tantra first emerged, Josh (his Aussie name for over 20 years) carries a personal, lived connection to traditions that have explored the relationship between body, energy, awareness and human connection for thousands of years.
He is trained in and for better part of decade has practised therapeutic somatic bodywork, traditional herbal sciences and energy-based healing in NSW. His work has been focused and intentional — creating a safe space to slow down, feel more at ease, experience therapeutic touch with greater awareness and presence, and reconnect with the body.
These threads wove together into Tantric somatic bodywork — never sexual or erotic, but a purely therapeutic, trauma infomed and rooted in tradition.
A slower, more spacious exploration of bodily sensation, breath, feelings, energy and connection. The same three layers held in our symbol — body, energy, self — are simply what the work gently brings back into conversation with one another.
What became clear over the years is who this work is really for: women who've spent so long holding everyone and everything together that they've quietly slipped out of contact with their own bodies— and sometimes themselves. Working with women alone lets him build everything — the pace, the space, the boundaries — around that, and nothing else.
His approach is gentle, professional, and grounded in one simple principle:
Nothing is assumed. Nothing is expected. You remain in control throughout.
